Our local amusement park in Ohio, Kings Island, is a really fun place, what with all its roller coasters and all. It's most notable for the fact that it's home to the longest wooden roller coaster in the world, The Beast!
Long story short: I love roller coasters ^^
This coaster's name is EDIT: The Fourth of July
. It's actually male; he's part coaster and part dragon, but more coaster than dragon. He's a living roller coaster that came about because some Sandaasu just don't know how to control their electric powers...this power is said to have fused a dragon and the ride called DracoCoaster into one being. He's a thrill-loving being who loves entertaining people and hearing them scream and laugh. He can stretch and twist his body to offer custom rides of any height or speed. The original coaster is a strata coaster--413 feet tall--and its top speed is 90 mph.
"Fourth of July" is his real name. But a fan (he loves talking to fans) gave him the name Azazel
(pronounced "a-ZAY-zel". People refer to him as both Azazel and The Fourth of July.
In addition to being able to customize his rides, he can fly (yes, a 115 ton living roller coaster can fly) and breathe fire which more or less resembles fireworks. Some say his firework fire breath might be that way because the coaster was opened on July 4th.
Not shown here is his ability to switch between different types of trains. He's essentially three different types of coaster in one, with regular car trains, flying car trains, and inverted car trains. Flying cars are positioned and face parallel to the track. Inverted car trains hang from the track, but unlike suspended car trains, do not swing side to side. You can request which type of car you want to ride on before you ride him.
He has a second form that he switches to only when he cannot operate (or in rare cases, just wants to use) which is of an anthropomorphic dragon. In summer he has a full time job as the ever-popular Fourth of July. Anytime else, he's living amongst people like he's just another person. He doesn't mind signing a few autographs, but he doesn't like inclement weather.

for the basis of the character. Probably the most original thing I ever saw! So no, I'm not the inventor of a living roller coaster.
All of his left foot's toes are supposed to be white. I messed up on that. Also, the blue on him (not the train) is a Copic marker. The rest is Prismacolor.
Also, to complete the coaster course, he connects the rails on his head to the rails on his tail. No one's gonna fall on his watch! ^^ If you really want to know, when Azazel isn't stretched out, his body is typically about 1.4 miles long.
Whoo, what a mouthful!
